| WHAT IS ALL-STAR CHEERLEADING? All-Star competitive cheerleading squads don't cheer for sports teams! They perform routines for judges and an audience. This exciting sport combines gymnastic tumbling skills, performance dance, stunting, and cheerleading. Our competition season at Maritime Spirit runs September through March; but our cheerleaders train year round. All-Star Cheerleaders are able to tumble, dance, jump, and stunt, however, we always welcome new participants with little or no experience. All they need is a willingness to learn and be challenged while having fun at the same time. |

| Our cheerleaders pay a monthly gym fee which covers all team practices. An additional tumbling class once weekly is required for certain team levels. Our members also enjoy participating in local parades and events in addition to their competition schedule. Extra costs include uniform and competition fees. Fundraising opportunities exist to help offset competition fee total. |
