Maritime Spirit Cheerleading is offering the following fall recreational
(non-competitive) team:

Recreational Team: Ages 6-12
Wednesdays September 2nd  - October 7th
6 weeks (9 hours of gym time)
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm   Fee: $40.00

Our recreational team will learn an entry level routine which includes:  
jumps, stunting, cheer dance, tumbling, and cheers.   Stunting is limited
to thigh stands or lower.

The team will perform at Applefest in Two Rivers on October 10th, 2009.  
Due to the team nature of All-Star cheerleading, all rec team members
must be present at Applefest in order to effectively perform the routine.  
If you wish to sign up for this session, please mark this date on your
calendar.  A Maritime Spirit top and skort will be available for purchase
for the performance.  These items will be yours to keep.

Participants should wear athletic type clothing with socks and tennis
shoes.  Hair should be pulled back away from face.  Please leave all
jewelry at home.  It is suggested you bring a water bottle, however,
water fountains are available.  We are located at 1402 Clark Street in
Manitowoc; please use front door or front parking lot entrance.

       As the parent and/or guardian of above named child, I authorize my child’s participation in the Maritime Spirit
Cheerleading (MSBC, Inc.) classes, and agree to accept full financial responsibility for all fees, costs, damages, and
expenses incurred or caused by the participant in all aspects of the program and/or use of the facilities.

       I further authorize MSBC, Inc and Clarkbridge Hall or their agents to exercise their judgment to seek and obtain
medical care for the participant in the event of an acute illness or injury necessitating such care.  I, as parent and/or
guardian agree to pay all expenses incident to such illness or injury; including, but not limited to; transportation,
evaluation, diagnostic testing, and treatment.  I hereby release MSBC, Inc., Clarkbridge Hall, their respective board
members, members, volunteers, staff and agents from all liability for injury or loss of property for the above listed
participant.

       I agree that MSBC, Inc. and Clarkbridge Hall along with their respective officers, staff, and agents assume no
responsibility for accidents or injuries or for any loss or damage of personal property.  MSBC, Inc. reserves the right to
combine or cancel classes as deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds only given upon MSBC Inc.’
s cancellation or participant having a dated doctor’s confirmation deeming them unable to participate for rest of session.  
Every effort will be made to make up classes cancelled due to inclement weather.
